I spent a large portion of the last six years on gluten-free and dairy-free diets. This was well received by my family kids and adults alike. Also be mindful of the type of soy sauce you use - if you use dark soy sauce you may initially want to use less than the recipe dictates. Loads of flavor, wonderful texture.
